Curvy actress Moyo Lwal, has shared her gym regimen with us all.
She shared a beautiful new photo of herself and wrote:
So for day 6 …. I didn’t do much at the gym ,I just did one session ,a couple of squats and that was it …I just finished a 3km walk and climb .. So didn’t push so much ( before somebody will come and faint π©π) ……… P.s I don’t diet ,I tried doing that for my first few days and had this banging headache throughout…….my Dad said I was just hungry …and immediately I started eating regularly again it stopped ( however if you want to lose weight ,you might have to consider dieting with sense ni oooh,don’t go and diet then eat late at night or eat meals with a lot of fatππu will have just wasted the dietπΆπ) …………. P.s please don’t wear this kind of sneakers ,I have on to the gym …you will just have cramps( I had them on because I came in exhausted and only had the strength to change my top)
