A new statue has been erected in Imo State but this time its not from governor Rochas Okorocha, rather its the residents of Amucha who built a statue in honour of their House of Assembly deputy speaker, Hon. Ugonna Ozuruigbo.
According to reports, the deputy speaker was honoured with a statue for his landmark contributions towards improving the development landscape of Imo state and welfare of its people both as a legislator and in private capacity.

Mujeeb Bello Okorocha is the only Gov in Nigeria with a good heart! His attitudes on statue is nothing, but a way to honour those who have contribute on one way or the other to the Imo State development! I hate it when folks and little children castigate his statue loving policy. God be with him. Actually, he used to be one of my former Boss. Very soon, watchout for my own statue in Imo State for being one time loyal junior staff to Okorocha.
