The United States and surrounding territories are again bracing up for yet another hurricane barely two weeks after hurricane Harvey.
Reports have it that the second hurricane, Hurricane Irma has been upgraded to a powerful Category 4 as it heads towards Florida and the Caribbean.
New Hurricane advisories have been given to territories around the West Indies, including parts of the Leeward Islands, the British and US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
