Hon. Randy Chima, the Senior Special Adviser to the Anambra State governor, Chief Willie Obiano, on Audio-Visual Production, has been found dead.
Chima, was found dead over the weekend at his home in Nwakpodulu Avenue in Awka, the Anambra State Capital.
According to the police, Randy had locked his door the night before and did not open his door the next day.
His neighbours after several knocks had to open the door and found his lifeless body laying on the bed.
Police detectives rushed him to Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University Teaching Hospital, Awka where he was certified dead by a medical doctor. His remains have since been deposited at the mortuary for autopsy.
The police said no marks of violence and no foul play suspected at the moment.
Confirming the incident, the state police command spokesperson, SP Haruna Mohammed, said Investigation is ongoing to ascertain the circumstances surrounding his death.
